For those small groups that wish to have an experienced, Italian speaking, guide with them throughout their travels, we offer Independent Small Group Explorations. If you have a specific itinerary in mind – regardless of the time of year - that isn’t included in our published schedule, please call or email us so that we can discuss how Private Italy, and our staff, can assist you in creating a memorable and worry-free experience.

Itinerary Planning

We are also pleased to offer a detailed Itinerary Planning service for those who wish to visit Italy on their own. Our services take care of the details for visitors who aren't certain about where to stay, what to see, how to rent a villa, what hotels to stay in, or how to best find their way around the country.

In the course of discussions we will ask what you want to accomplish, and see, during a visit to Italy. After we clearly understand your goals, we will create a custom itinerary for you.

We have staff members who will arrange everything from your own private villa to special transportation, to incredible meals, with the promise that every detail is taken care of. You have the freedom to effortlessly arrive in Italy, relax, and enjoy your trip.

Our services include, and are not limited to, hotel or villa reservations, car rental arrangements, in-country rail tickets, purchase of museum passes and tickets, obtain private guides in various cities/locations, restaurant reservations and/or recommendations, and custom day-by-day trip itineraries for their visit.
